Since opening in 2016, Marsh Bears Nursery has become a cherished part of the Marsh Farm community in north Luton, providing families with high-quality early years care they can depend on. Our Staff
At Marsh Bears Nursery, our staff truly are our superstars! Each member of our team brings passion, energy, and a whole lot of heart into the nursery every single day. With a blend of experience, creativity, and genuine love for what they do, our practitioners make learning exciting and meaningful for every child. We follow the EYFS framework to guide our practice, tailoring activities and support to each child’s unique needs, interests, and stages of development. Ensuring children thrive is our number one priority, and we work hard to give every little one the encouragement, care, and attention they deserve. Our Nursery
Our purpose-built nursery is a bright, buzzing space designed to spark imagination, curiosity, and confidence in every child who walks through our doors. At Marsh Bears Nursery, everything happens in one big, vibrant room where all age groups play and learn side by side. This mixed-age magic means younger children get to look up to their older friends, while older children proudly show off their skills—creating a warm, family-style atmosphere full of teamwork and togetherness. Each day is packed with exciting activities, from messy sensory fun and imaginative role play to early maths, literacy adventures, creative crafts, and hands-on exploration. Every corner is carefully set up to inspire discovery, support development, and encourage children to become independent, enthusiastic learners who can’t wait to see what’s new each day!
