Farley Bears Nursery, located in Farley Hill a welcoming suburb of South Luton has been proudly supporting families since 2012. With many years of experience and a deep passion for early childhood development, we have grown into a trusted and nurturing setting for young children. In 2021, we relocated to a modern, purpose-built building designed to offer the best possible environment for learning, exploration, and care. Since then, we have continued to cater to the most amazing parents and children, providing a warm, engaging, and supportive nursery experience for every family who walks through our doors.
Our Staff
At Farley Bears Nursery, our staff are the heart of everything we do. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled practitioners who bring warmth, expertise, and genuine care to every child’s day. We follow the EYFS framework in full, ensuring that each child’s individual needs, interests, and development are carefully supported through thoughtful planning, engaging activities, and continuous assessment. Our aim is to ensure that every individual child’s needs are met to the very best of our ability, and it is our number one priority to make sure they receive the support, encouragement, and care they need to thrive. To maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism, our recruitment procedures are extremely in-depth and thorough, with rigorous checks, interviews, and ongoing training to ensure only the best practitioners join our team. Together, we create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow, and flourish.
Our Nursery
Our purpose-built nursery is designed to offer an inspiring, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence. At Farley Bears Nursery, we provide a wide range of high-quality facilities and resources, all thoughtfully arranged within one spacious room where all age ranges learn and play together. This mixed-age approach allows younger children to naturally role model and learn from older children, creating a nurturing and community-focused atmosphere. We offer a diverse range of activities every day such as sensory experiences, imaginative role play, early maths and literacy opportunities, creative exploration, and hands-on learning to support all areas of the EYFS framework. Every part of our environment is carefully set up to meet children’s developmental needs and to encourage curiosity, independence, and meaningful learning experiences.
