We are happy to be flexible and accommodate additional time whenever required. Should you need your child to stay beyond their booked session, any extra hours will simply be charged at our standard hourly rate.

At Bright Bears Nurseries, we offer flexible and transparent pricing to suit the needs of families. For private pay, the rate is £7.00 per hour per child, or £21.00 per full session. This ensures high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for every child in a nurturing and supportive environment.

We kindly ask for a weekly snack contribution of £2.00. This supports the provision of a variety of healthy, nutritious snacks for all children, ensuring they are offered balanced options throughout the week. The contribution also helps us maintain high standards of food quality and meet individual dietary requirements where needed.

We charge a one-off additional sessional care fee of £40.00 upon registration. This fee covers all administrative and onboarding costs, including learning logs, home–nursery communication books, time allocated for a dedicated staff member to meet with parents to complete paperwork, nursery viewings and detailed show rounds, as well as the processing of all admissions information and documentation. This ensures a smooth, thorough, and supportive start for both children and families.
